PlayStation 1 specs: My pc specs:
16-Bit Sony SPU 64 bit i5 4460
2mb gpu ram 4gb gpu ram
256×224 to 640×240 pixels 1920x1080 HD
internet:nothing internet:1 m/b download speed
Games:
on the PlayStation 1 the games where minimal and only had a few features such as:
very basic and static backgrounds
the graphics are less realistic and have a more pixel look to fit the small amount of space of on the console
the sound was basic
the game play was simple and had one path and maybe some secrets
Games today:
Games today are much more complex and have collections
backgrounds are interactive and are not static
the sound is very advanced and has some very realistic sounds
the graphics are almost real today
dlc is now very common but it was unheard of 20 years ago
